A strong candidate will have experience in the construction industry, a solid understanding of Purchase Orders (POs), and excellent computer and organizational skills to manage the flow of information and tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive new starts from builders through email and/ or builder's portals.
- Compare builder's PO/ start requests with bids to ensure pricing accuracy on the PO's.
- Review builder's PO's to add any added options and generate an address specific job based off the base pricing established by estimating and any added options from the builder which have also been priced by estimating.
- Receive stage schedules from builder's email, phone call, and portals.
- Input schedule requests into the scheduling software.
- Confirm that Starts is ready for the upcoming schedule.
- Update schedule as needed per the builder and IES field superintendents.

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably within the HVAC or residential new home construction sector.
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with construction management software
- Solid understanding of Purchase Orders (POs), procurement processes, and inventory management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or education in construction management or related fields preferred.
