The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both domestic and international roles across various departments. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source top talent, and ensure seamless recruitment experience. This will involve research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent in Solar Energy.

Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both domestic and international roles across various departments. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source top talent, and ensure seamless recruitment experience. This will involve research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent in Solar Energy.
What you'll do:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Review resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job requisitions, job descriptions, and hiring criteria.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the renewable energy sector.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all recruiting activities and related documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international recruitment regulations (if applicable).
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for continuously improving the recruitment process.

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create employer branding materials tailored to the renewable energy sector.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Previous temporary staffing experience and/or 2 years of related experience in a service industry.
- Proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of industries and roles.
- Familiarity with global talent acquisition tools and platforms.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
