Job Purpose   

•               Offshore Marine Specialist is responsible for ensuring the verification & validity of Project Vessels & crew & Project personnel documentation in compliance with International & QELNG regulations.
• Seamless scheduling, coordination, and management of Project team personnel to support offshore marine operations.
• This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT

Qualifications

•             Relevant years’ experience in Marine Offshore Transportation & Logistics. formal qualifications in Maritime industry &/or Bachelor's degree would be a plus

Knowledge and/or Experience           

• 8 years of marine experience in Oil and Gas industry or Marine logistics coordination, preferably within personnel logistic role in Marine Offshore industry.
