Contract period: 01.04.2025 - 31.03.2026
Location: Asker

Main Tasks:
  • Overall responsibility for all reporting and controlling requirements of the project
  • Manage your team and develop people through delegation, empowerment and coaching
  • Ensure financial governance, project forecasts and budgets for the project being overall responsible for the quality of deliveries of the controlling team
  • Overall responsible for the quarterly forecast process. This implies planning and managing the process from start till end
  • Ensure deliveries and compliance in accordance with internal and external guidelines, regulations, requirements, and expectations
  • External and internal financial reporting to clients, Project Management Team and Finance
  • Contributions in change- and tender work
  • Control and communicate risks, and actively search for opportunities to improve project financial results
  • Proactively seek and initiate improvements within own working area

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics
  • Preferably extensive experience from project controlling of large EPC projects
  • Experience in developing high quality working relationships internally and externally
  • Experience in building and maintaining a well-functioning team
  • You have strong digital knowledge and enjoy applying technical solutions into your work
  • Good oral and written communication skills, in both Norwegian and English
  • Solid business understanding and commercial orientation
  • You are eager to take full responsibility for all your deliveries - and you aim to deliver high quality in everything you do
  • You will take ownership to maintain and develop a high performing team as you understand the importance of collaboration and open communication, internally and externally
  • Strong analytic capabilities with a keen eye for details, as well as taking on a visionary and strategic perspective
  • You thrive in a fast-paced working environment, and you are capable of being the driving force in getting things done
  • You have the ability to motivate, build trust and establish good internal working relationships
