Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to support corporate objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Craft clear and concise messaging for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, employees, investors, and the public.
  • Manage media relations, draft press releases, and respond to industry-related inquiries.
  • Oversee crisis communication strategies, ensuring alignment with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex oil and gas topics into accessible content for diverse audiences.
  • Create and manage content for websites, social media, and investor relations platforms.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and internal newsletters.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and public sentiment to inform communication strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a focus on technical and corporate communications.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry terminology, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Experience with crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
  • Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and sustainability communication.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in energy, oil and gas, or industrial sectors is preferred.
