What are you going to do
Work alongside the Project Manager and Site Team to deliver the project from conception to completion.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely purchase orders, managing service contracts, and keeping payments accurate and on track. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to support contractor compliance, while helping to identify risks, close gaps, and spot opportunities for improvement. Day-to-day, you'll be building strong relationships with contractors, resolving issues as they pop up, and keeping communication clear and positive.
You'll also stay on top of critical contract documentation, making sure everything is organised, compliant, and under control.

Essential skills and knowledge
- Degree in Construction Management or similar / progressed in career from trade background (Required)
- 3+ years' experience with Contract administration, within the commercial construction space, ideally with exposure to projects over $20m in value. (Required)
- Demonstrated tenure with previous employers.
- Demonstrates high level of initiative and motivation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience using Jobpac, Cheops and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work independently.
