What are you going to do

  • Lead and manage the overall execution of EPC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and present project reports, financial statements, and progress updates to senior management and clients.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and lead a multidisciplinary project team.


Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 10 years in EPC projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
