About the Job
The jobholder is responsible to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Borouge's HSE technological systems, including SAP/OneERP, by updating key data structures, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with Digital and PMO teams, collecting and analysing performance data, providing user training and support, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements, thereby supporting Borouge's commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.
This role includes; identifying and resolving technical issues in HSE systems, working closely with Digital HSE Subject Matter Experts, using the self-service portal to manage incident tickets, participating in system enhancements, overseeing testing of new features, assisting end-users with system navigation, validating changes in Development and Quality environments, mapping job roles to SAP roles, providing training to end-users, creating training materials, conducting refresher courses, addressing user questions, performing floor-walks, ensuring alignment on system enhancements, informing stakeholders about system changes, organizing meetings with stakeholders, collaborating with contractors, acting as a change agent, performing regular reviews of user access, maintaining job role mapping sheets, monitoring system security, and assisting in internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities
- System Support involves resolving technical issues in HSE systems, collaborating with experts, managing incidents, enhancing system functionality, testing new features, and assisting end-users with navigation and troubleshooting.
- Provide comprehensive training, support, and periodic updates to end-users on HSE systems, addressing their questions, resolving data issues, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and communicate system enhancements, changes, and testing while ensuring stakeholder alignment, organizing meetings, collaborating on business cases, and driving adoption of new features.
- Compliance Security involves regular access reviews, role mapping updates, system security monitoring, collaboration with the GRC/Security team, adherence to standards and regulations, and supporting audits to ensure compliance.
- Drive the adoption of AI and digital technologies, continuously optimize functionality, apply industry best practices, encourage innovation, assess new tools, and promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance HSE systems.
- Collect, analyze, and report HSE performance data to support strategic decision-making, improve processes, and manage system performance.
- Review process which involve analysing and aligning system implementations with business requirements and policies, assessing system changes, addressing user needs, and developing and monitoring reports to support daily business activities
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management Information, Business Management or relevant degree
- At least 5 years experience in the same or similar role preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in ERP preferably in SAP
