Local/Hub Division Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Daily Responsibility Project Oversight - Oversee the deployment of Robots, Tracks during the I&C by line builders. Coordinate with Line Builders & CEER's engineering team Team Management - Lead and mentor the service engineers. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, address any issues, and plan next steps. Communication & Reporting - Serve as the primary point of contact for CEER, addressing any concerns, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. Report project status, challenges to ABB management, maintaining transparency and accountability. Provide application & System Solution - Thru training & self-learning, transfer ABB application & system solution to all stake holders in the value chain. Participate in solution development work together with Application & Solution team. Health and Safety - Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities Leadership - Take initiative to learn related knowledge which are able to apply to work and share with teammate. Should be Proactive & Positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role
- Diploma / Degree / Master in any Engineering field
- Minimum 10 year working experience in site management in Automotive Line Builders.
- Excellent business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate with robotic automation business
- Able to apply soft skill (e.g. communication, marketing skill) at workplace
- Fluent in English communication is required.
