Your role and responsibilities
You will be part of ABB Robotics. We develop, manufacture, and market robots with associated control systems, software, arc welding products, track motions, and motor packages. In Denmark, ABB Robotics works closely with the manufacturing, food & beverage and general industries to support automation solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and profitability. We work in the areas of welding, machine service, material handling, grinding, packaging, and assembly. Your role: In the role of Cobot Sales Specialist at ABB Robotics in Denmark, you will take charge of enhancing ABB's collaborative robot (cobot) market by building a solid distributor network, integrating cobot specialists, and developing an extensive partner network. You will be instrumental in increasing ABB's market share in the Danish cobot sector, working closely with distributors, system integrators, small machine builders, and direct end customers to promote and sell ABB's GoFa™ and SWIFTI™ cobots. Key responsibilities include: • Increase total cobot sales with a focus on the Danish market. • Identify, onboard, and develop new distributors, cobot experts, and small machine builders. • Support and train partners to sell and integrate ABB cobots. • Implement a strategic growth plan, set targets for distributors, and evaluate their performance. • Manage and conduct cobot demonstrations, providing technical and application coaching. • Collaborate with ABB's broader sales teams to introduce cobots into existing accounts and new industries. • Work with local ecosystem partners to promote partnerships and expand distribution channels. • Develop and implement marketing campaigns in collaboration with ABB's global and local marketing teams.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, automation, robotics, or a related field.
- Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial sales.
- Ability to develop and manage distributor networks and strategic partnerships.
- Technical and application knowledge of robotics and automation.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and acquire new customers.
- Well-developed analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Effective verbal communication and presentation skills, from shop floor to C-level discussions.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales channels.
