The Team - your impact

As a Agile Delivery Manager (f/m/d) you will be part of a cross-functional team with developers, designers, and digital experts. You will represent Expert Services towards clients and stakeholders. We build custom solutions for all segments of the E.ON group, based on modern cloud technology and customer centric methodology.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Empower Agile Practices: Coach product teams to effectively implement agile principles and drive successful outcomes
• Facilitate Team Collaboration: Lead agile ceremonies to ensure efficient communication and team alignment
• Mentor Teams: Foster a collaborative, self-organizing culture by mentoring team members and clients in agile methodologies
• Build Stakeholder and Client Relationships: Integrate stakeholder input, manage risks, and communicate project status transparently
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives and encourage ongoing team improvements
• Bridge Business and Technology: Facilitate communication between developers and stakeholders to align business and technical needs
• Act as a Proxy for the Product Owner: Dependend on the project, take over PO tasks, like backlog management and writing user stories to enable and upskill the designated Product Owner

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Product Manager (f/m/d), Agile Coach or similar for agile development teams
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
• Hands-on mentality and strong facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills
• A background in technology consulting, Software Development or UX Design is a plus
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Fluent German and English skills
