Your role and responsibilities

Our support ensures the availability and efficiency of products for the electrical equipment and automation of buildings, machines and systems. The knowledge and experience of our employees form the secure basis for competent customer service. The work model for the role is: onsite You are mainly responsible for: • In this position, you will process orders via SAP (EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and other interfaces/order entry channels. • You will clarify order-related inquiries from internal and external customers. • You will also provide written price information and quotations based on defined customer requirements. • You will always keep an eye on the prioritization of deliveries, the necessary shipping methods and alternative products. • You will also be responsible for processing customer complaints and issuing credit notes. • In the event of technical queries, you coordinate the procedure with the specialist departments. • You will be responsible for actively following up open orders and clarifying outstanding customer claims. • You always keep an eye on the master data to ensure a good delivery service and thus contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. • You look after the sales area assigned to you in close and trusting cooperation with the sales force. • Direct customer communication by phone, email, chat at defined service times

Qualifications for the role

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office administrator or industrial clerk.
• You are an open and communicative person who is passionate about networking.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and have a good command of English.
