This position reports to

Global Deployment Manager, Motion Services division

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you'll deploy MOSE business processes and software applications across a region of 10-15 countries. You'll work with business process owners, stakeholders, and your team to ensure the adoption of global processes and applications, focusing on the SFDC platform. You'll support local units in change management, testing, and onboarding new processes, while adapting local processes to the global standard. You'll report progress, gather feedback, and be part of a global team running deployment programs worldwide. This role is open globally, but location can be based in ABB offices within Europe. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will mainly accountable for: • Driving and managing deployments of new business processes and applications in local units, collaborating with local stakeholders. • Following a standardized deployment model, plans, milestones, and escalate issues and risks with proposed mitigations. • Facilitating consensus on centralized vs. decentralized requirements and escalate when necessary. • Executing solution demos and training, ensuring end user documentation is up to date. • Planning and managing activities for local adoption, including application configuration and integrations. • Facilitating testing of scheduled releases to ensure business continuity. • Managing user support during the hyper-care phase, organizing follow-ups and resolving high priority issues. • Ensuring local units are trained on support processes and regularly follow up to ensure constant adoption, organizing AMA and community meetings.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or higher degree with 3+ years of experience in global deployments and change management in multinational companies.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
• Expertise in process design, change management, and deployment of new business processes.
• Proven experience in standardizing business processes across multiple service lines/functions.
• Strong end-to-end business process understanding and familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Scrum/Agile) and lean methodologies (Six Sigma).
• Experience working in geographically dispersed teams and influencing without formal reporting relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with political savvy and cultural awareness.
• Fluent in business-level English, with additional languages being beneficial.
