This position reports to
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Create, M&S plan for Channel Partners&OEM accounts, implement a sales strategy with regular follow-up including business plan of the related accounts in SFDC, business development initiatives aligned to the global divisions sales strategy, Establish sales goals and ensure sales are achieved or exceed through regular monitoring, identification, and improvement plans as required, Identify new customers, opportunities for current and potential clients within a defined geographical area and allocate resources, Coordinates the flow of information for commercial activities and transactions, including leads, invoices, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluates data to ensure objectives are met, Responsible for maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization, developing and monitoring growth plans, marketing programs, and training, Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and hit-rate information to business and sales leadership, Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, Coaches motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Control, Mechatronics, and Automation Engineering,
- 10+ years of experience in account management electric and automation industry,
- 10+ years of sales or service experience in variable speed drives (VSD) is a must,
- Strong command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken,
- Agile, enthusiastic, and proactive profile with strategic thinking skills,
- Innovative mindset with strong multi-stakeholder management and problem-solving skills,
- Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for travelling.
