Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish process to feed Edison Works demand to Aviation S&OP process
- Develop S&OP process for supply of classified content
- Develop and maintain Materials Management Accountment System (MMAS) for classified business
- Lead and facilitate FLIGHT DECK operating rhythms for EW Operations & SC team
- Coordinate complex, cross-functional execution to achieve business level impact
- Develop and manage key performance indicators to ensure readiness to business and customer needs
- Utilize FLIGHT DECK to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in S&OP business processes and establish a ramp readiness framework.
- Coach extended team members on providing S&OP demand requirements
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization to achieve long range project goals
- In parallel with business growth, lead the organization design for future state of Edison Works Operations material planning
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Employs sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing or engineering techniques. Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university + a minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain, Sourcing, and/or Mfg. Programs/Product Operations experience
- US Citizenship required
- Must be able to obtain Secrete Access Program Security Clearances
