As a Welder 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing welding operations on various components and structures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of the welds, as well as meeting production targets. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Industrial Automation business.

You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor and you'll work out of our Columbus, OH location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes by producing high-quality welds and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform welding operations on various components and structures
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the welds
• Meet production targets and deadlines
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding operations
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

• Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME)
• Experience with robotic welding systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
