You will utilize your payroll functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with Honeywell business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma / GED / Associated degree in finance accounting or related
  • HCM Proficiency
  • Some payroll experience

  • Some payroll experience, or similar relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local payroll policies and procedures
  • Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Experience and desire to effectively train employees on payroll items
  • Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
  • Able to focus on important information and identify key details
  • Some Salesforce exposure
  • Some SAP knowledge
  • Some HCM knowledge
