Daily activities include but are not limited to analyze, develop, and refine hardware and operating system standards based on role and job requirements. You will be handling and deploying various software applications, packages, and patches for PC endpoints. You will maintain an appropriate balance of security practices and usability. You will also automate processes and procedures for our user community.

Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Endpoint Systems Administrator role will:
- Need to understand the concepts of packaging and sequencing of applications using Intune, SCCM, Powershell, or Flexera Admin Studio.
- Work with multiple vendors, (Dell, HP, Microsoft, Panasonic, Lenovo, Apple) to discover new and emerging hardware technologies and figure out if they are suitable for company usage.
- Deploy lots of things to lots of endpoints. This includes Operating Systems, Patches, Software, Firmware, etc.
- Manage the servicing lifecycle of Windows OS.
- Manage configurations and compliance on endpoint devices. (Encryption, patches)
- Maintain data quality and accuracy of configuration items within the Intune and SCCM databases, purge stale records, etc.
- Develop, document and design new production procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with the management of mobile devices and cell phones.
- Set and enforce policies for managing endpoint devices that are or become relevant to business needs, security, etc.
- Take initiative to research and develop alternative endpoint strategies.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of the fundamental operations of relevant hardware, software and other equipment used by end-users.
- Proven PC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
- Develop workflows and/or processes to improve PC Tech and end-user endpoint experience.
- Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills.
- Problem analysis and high-Level problem-solving skills.
- Documentation skills.
- Data Security.
- Flexibility in performing multiple job responsibilities when called upon.
- Planning and organizing.
- Close attention to detail.
- Process Improvement skills.
- Virtualized Environments (Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Microsoft System Center Suite (Orchestrator, Configuration Manager, Service Manager) a plus.
- Flexera Suite and packaging experience a plus.
- Smartphone operating system usage and configuration skills.
- Intune or other mobile device management experience is helpful.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
- Microsoft 365 certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred but not required
- Experience with metrics collection and analysis.
- Experience with process automation
- Basic knowledge of Software and OS Deployment.
- Powershell scripting is preferred but not required.
- PowerBI knowledge is preferred but not required.
