- Drive and implement KOB3 growth programs to expand aftermarket business in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
- Explore opportunities for aftermarket business by improving the relationship with shipowners, ship managers (fleet manager, superintendent), and partners.
- Drive aggressive booking and sales targets for aftermarket
- Accurately understand customer requirements and create accurate estimates.
- Order handling (Documents, SAP, ITC Screening)
- Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to improve work process.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Good knowledge of Shipbuilding Industry, Trade & Engineering will be an advantage.
- Verbal and written communication skills proficient in Korean and English
- Openness to work in a team and be a standout colleague
- Prefer having VRC, CMS, CTS knowledge.
- Result-oriented with a clear focus on the given targets
- Analytical person with innovative problem solving ability
