Describe the Department

Organizational Design & Development supporting major organizational changes, transformations, and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Support comprehensive organizational changes, aligning systems, processes, roles, and culture with strategic goals.
  • Apply enterprise design principles to optimize organizational structures and decision-making authorities.
  • Implement reliable organizational design methodologies, frameworks, and scalable solutions.
  • Promote operational and commercial excellence through detailed organizational reviews and diagnostics.
  • Provide advisory support on Organizational and People topics for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Evaluate operating model effectiveness, corporate governance, and risk/opportunity management.
  • Support plan workforce capabilities, aligning with operational and financial projections.
  • Contribute strategic insights to legal entity set-up and synergy analysis during integration projects.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in organizational transformation or strategy development work within a global organization.
  • Having a well-rounded background can enhance the overall effectiveness in this position.
  • Proficiency in organizational effectiveness assessment and adeptness in integration management.
  • Ability to navigate integration during mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring with a special lenses in HR issues.
