The Strategy Deployment Office is an integral part of NCE CPX Installation & Commissioning (I&C). We support the organization by guiding and facilitating strategic improvements in daily operations. Our goal is to enhance transparency within the I&C department through effective communication. We serve as the primary interface to the NCE CPX PMO, ensuring the effective implementation of strategies and initiatives within the I&C organization.

Responsibilities
- Oversee project management for various internal improvement initiatives.
- Manage rollout plans for I&C enhancements.
- Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the department and with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations for meetings and workshops.
- Take overall responsibility for developing and maintaining the department's SharePoint sites.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within an international company.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- High proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as MS Teams Whiteboard, Miro, or MURAL for virtual whiteboarding.
- Fluent in English.
