- Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement in the pull system. This includes identifying bottlenecks, optimizing order frequency, and ensuring that suppliers can respond efficiently to the pull-based demand system
- Work closely with other departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure the pull system is properly integrated into the broader supply chain operations
- Identify potential risks within the supply chain related to the pull system and develop mitigation plans. This includes ensuring that suppliers have contingency plans in place to avoid disruptions
- Support capturing cost reductions coming from the introduction of an industrial pull system
- Lead efforts to continuously refine the pull system by gathering feedback from suppliers and internal teams, analyzing data, and implementing improvements based on performance metrics
Qualifications

- You're able to build trust and fully empower your project team to ensure full engagement and utilization of skills and competencies, allowing you to keep the overview
- You communicate upwards, outwards and downwards in an open, direct and honest way to ensure full transparency and alignment
- You approach your projects with curiosity and execute diligently, persistently and passionately with focus on cooperation, stakeholder management and "what is best for Vestas"
