This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

IIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and mar-ket) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key support in the as-signed area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, preparing final documentation also event planning The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification business area in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and commercial documents. • Customer service regarding products, pricing, and availability. • Cooperation in the organization of events. • Enter orders into the ERP or CRM system. • Update sales order documentation.

Qualifications for the role

• You have 2 years of experience in similar positions in the industrial market.
• Experience managing tools as CRM, sales force
• Academic background in sales, industrial Engineering or related field (Admin or Engineering)
• Good communication skills
• Desirable english (intermedate/advance)
