Technical Support Professional

As a Technical Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide expert technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service. You will serve as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies and products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical support strategies. Your strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and achieving business goals.

You will report directly to our Technical Support Manager and you'll work out of our Gdańsk, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical support strategies
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and tools
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance


Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience in a support or technical consultancy function
  • Professional experience of TCP/IP network, solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows operating systems (must have)
  • Expertise in relevant technologies and products, preferably in the Electronic Security sector (nice to have)
  • Engineering degree Bac+4 or equivalent years of experience in similar role
  • Fluent English mandatory, second European language nice to have
  • Analytical mind, ability to solve complex problems, based on a logical and inquisitive nature, ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

• Weekend support (once a month full weekend)
