This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity packaging Project EoW execution activities of an assigned small to mid-size site or sub-project to ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction, and/or erection, commissioning, and maintenance phases in accordance with established processes. Ensures compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Business for System Drive Division in Nelamangala- Bangalore, India You will be mainly accountable for: Engineering & Site Coordination & Monitoring : Responsible, for the portion of the Project assigned from the Project Manager or Site Manager to handing over to the end customer on completion day, for coordinating all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Project Security Ensures detailed and up-to-date construction Health and Safety (H&S) plan is in place with respect to each work package, compliant with the ABB H&S plan. Sub-contractors Manages the ABB sub-contractors at site to ensure necessary quality and progress achieved to meet the delivery date, agreed standards, and the HSE requirements. Site Cost Management Controls cost estimates continuously and correctly and ensures deviations are approved by the Project Manager. Site Planning Plans project on-site activities with Project Manager including necessary local resources, equipment, and milestones.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
