THE POSITION
As a Senior Manager of FDA product compliance here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with FDA regulations for our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products. Your expertise in FDA regulations and your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety for our products. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for FDA compliance. Your contributions will directly impact the safety and well-being of millions of workers worldwide.
You will report directly to our QMS & Product Compliance Director and you'll ideally work out of our Charlotte, NC, USA location on a hybrid work schedule. Other locations may be a consideration.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring that our PPE products meet and exceed FDA regulations, providing the highest level of quality and safety. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure FDA compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in maintaining our position as a trusted leader in the safety industry.

- Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with FDA regulations for PPE products
- Conduct audits and inspections to assess and improve product quality and FDA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with FDA regulations and industry best practices
- Provide guidance and support to the team in resolving FDA compliance issues
U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in FDA compliance for PPE products or related field
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality standards

- Certification in FDA regulations or related field
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
