We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Program Manager for our AERO team who will cover Australia and New Zealand (including South Pacific Islands). The Customer Support Program Manager (CSPM) will be responsible for driving a high-quality customer experience for our defense customers. This role requires complex problem-solving skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions outside and within Customer and Product Support (C&PS). This role will report directly to the Snr. Manager, Customer & Product Support (C&PS) for the Defense Asia Pacific team and support assigned defense customers. The CSPM is responsible for leading cross-functional program teams to drive customer experience. This role serves as the customer's advocate and actively coordinates with the business team, multiple functions, and customers to ensure that our platform-wide products are supported in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. The individual will partner with other CSPMs, all C&PS functions, business leaders, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Quality, Engineering and Product Management.

The role is open to anyone suitable and has industry relevance in AERO industry (ideal) or Automotive and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Depot planning and maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex programme of work to the required quality, resources, schedule and budget

• Execute the programs of work in a timely manner and service offerings

• Lead and understand customer needs and advocate and solve complex solutions with or without minimum supervision within Honeywell standards

• Develop a strong cross-functional network and maintain timely communications with customer and business partners

• Solve conflicts and maintain strong stakeholder management

• Controls cost and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods, standard processes and engagement of Supply Chain team, Business leaders and Engineering team

• Financial management within the program

• Manage large scale projects and depot activities

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Program Management or related field

• 3 years of experience in C&PS/ customer facing role

• 3 years of projects/program management experience (Prince 2 or PMP desirable)

• A strong ability to advocate for the customer within Honeywell

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Strong strategic mindset and business acumen

• Ability to quickly develop a strong cross functional network (across global time zones)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in implementing customer services best practices

• Must be an Australian citizen and currently hold, or be eligible to go through the process to obtain and maintain an NV1 Australian Security Clearance

• Ability to work a diverse portfolio of products and close-knit team
