As a Solutions Acct Manager - APACI , you willplay a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise inmanaging key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectivelymeet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new businessopportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenuegrowth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.
You will report directly to our High Growth Region Solutions Sales Manager andyou'll work remotely in our ASEAN sales region,
In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell IndustrialAutomation by managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, andproviding exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity tocollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions andcontribute to the continuous growth of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow a portfolio of keyaccounts, serving as the primary point of contact to position and sell both ourVoice Automated Solutions and our adjacent Software Solutions
• Develop and execute strategic account plansto drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs andproviding tailored solutions
• Identify new business opportunitieswithin existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to delivervalue-added solutions
• Be a part of the overall account teamserving as the Subject Matter Expert for our Voice and Software assets
• Monitor market trends, competitoractivities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drivecontinuous growth
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience inaccount management or sales, with a proven track record of positioning andselling SaaS solutions
• Strong communication and negotiationskills
• Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Experience aligning the valuepropositions of SaaS solutions to customer pain points
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
• Proficient in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite
