Who we are looking for:

• Driven: A highly motivated individual is someone who proactively troubleshoots issues, continuously seeks to improve their skills, and efficiently completes installations, repairs, and maintenance with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Installs new HVAC units in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Installs ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system.
• Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.
• Inspects and troubleshoots problems with existing HVAC units.
• Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
• Complies with company and industry safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces, attics, or rooftops.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Experience: Minimum of2 years of experience in HVAC installation, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
• Certification: Valid HVAC certification
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
