Marketing and Sales Director

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support Electrification Distribution Solutions organization and its customers in handling Project's sales with the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. You will also showcase your skills by defining and applying project planning techniques on ongoing projects. You will be mainly accountable for: • Facilitating the coordination of projects related to Medium Voltage Switchboard and Equipment deliveries while assisting the Project Manager throughout the project's progress • Performing basic document control management and effective communication to project's stakeholders (customers, suppliers, team members) • Coordinating manufacturing teams in various ABB locations around the world • Supporting customers on technical issues • Monitoring projects technical and commercial status by ensuring that best practices and ABB policies are followed. • Handling customer claims during warranty period • Providing support on organization's quality assurance goals

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering
• You are at ease communicating in Greek and English
• You are highly skilled in communication, able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable steps and to communicate technical processes to all stakeholders
• You are process oriented and skilled in structured thinking
• You have a collaborative, proactive and customer-oriented approach, with good negotiation an presentation skills
• Knowledge of Medium Voltage installations in Energy and Industrial applications is preferable but not mandatory
• 1- 2 years background in electrical design will be considered an asset
