Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the identification, planning, and coordination of a set of related programs and/or projects in a portfolio. Each day, you will be managing the interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives. You will also showcase your expertise by providing framework for implementing business initiatives or medium-scale change, and communicating the outcomes and associated benefits. The work model for the role is: #LI-Remote This role is contributing to the IS Services in Mexico as Country. You will be mainly accountable for: • Defining the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation for the projects within the programs of the portfolio, in coordination with key stakeholders. • Ensuring alignment of portfolios to business strategy, through strategic and/or periodic planning and reviews, establishing effective governance for the portfolios. • Reporting risk on program level and balances between quality and cost objectives. • Organizing, monitoring, and controlling activities effectively to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources, monitoring and reporting status and managing the budget and all financials associated with portfolio.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors Degree in IT, Science or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in global projects (Impact on other continents).
• Experience working and leading multicultural teams.
• Experience in projects in the IT area.
• Profile focused on high-impact projects for users of more than 30 thousand.
• Advanced English Level.
• Experience leading and presenting projects to CEOs.
