Your role and responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #LI- Onsite, #LI- Hybrid This role is contributing to the ABB Services in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Workday Reporting Expertise: Seeking a Senior Workday Report Developer/Writer with 5+ years of experience, proficient in Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, Dashboards, and Prism. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders to gather complex reporting re-quirements and develop custom reports to meet business needs. • Report Development & Optimization: Design, build, test, and enhance Workday reports, ensur-ing performance optimization and adherence to best practices. • Workday Prism & Analytics: Develop Prism solutions, reports, and dashboards, aligning with customer requirements and ensuring data accuracy. • Training & Support: Provide training on Workday reporting functionality and support HR Shared Services with troubleshooting, security, and usage queries. • Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with HR, Workday Security, and People Analytics Data Governance teams to ensure data transparency and compliance. • Workday Release Testing: Responsible for Workday release testing related to reporting and Prism, ensuring seamless functionality post-upgrades. • Data Integrity & Technical Expertise: Analyze business requirements, ensure security standards, and leverage Workday data modeling, APIs, and architecture for robust reporting solutions.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in computer systems, Information Technology, Analytics, or related business area.
• 7+ years of experience in HR technology with at least 5 years of experience in Workday report-ing PRISM experience. Snowflake knowledge is good to have.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects and Good knowledge of Workday Security implications to Workday reporting
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
