JOB DESCRIPTION
Wood is recruiting for a Electrical Lead to join its Projects team focusing on delivering across FEED and Detail design scopes of work. In this role, you will be responsible for
• Definition and approval of technical scopes.
• Executing assigned scopes of work.
• Providing technical expertise to the business
• Contributing to business growth
• May manage and supervise teams AND/OR act as a technical specialist
Performs complex assignments often requiring development of new or improved products, processes or techniques. Assesses feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering designs, products, and equipment. Uses advanced technical knowledge to perform engineering assignments and produce engineering deliverables including complex problems and to complete any project tasks with minimal guidance
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Electrical Lead will be responsible for:
To create demonstrable value for customers by understanding their drivers and critical success factors. Execute technical work for FEED and detail design within designated Cost Time & Resource (CTR) scopes. Implement, practice and Monitor Quality Management System (QMS) in FEED office projects . Carry out appropriate discipline, inter discipline checks and reviews of engineering, and design work and contributes to excellent HSE performance throughout the engineering phase of the project life cycle.

Reflecting the market focus for the office in both brownfield and green field opportunities, multi-skilled personnel are sought, for those with experience in Onshore Oil and Gas.

Experience:
- Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years in FEED/ENGINEERING and Minimum 10 years in oil & gas Experience.
- Good communicator with experience in leading small teams.
