Your role and responsibilities
ABB MO Service in Lithuania is looking for a Sales Service Engineer to help grow our service business for the Ukrainian market. Your clients are completely remote, but your workplace is in our office in Vilnius. In this role, you will generate service sales, develop market opportunities, and establish long-term customer relationships by understanding their requirements and demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge. You will also sell the entire MO service product portfolio, monitor sales proposals and tenders, and prepare service offerings based on customer needs in accordance with ABB's strategy. Work model: hybrid #LIhybrid Generating service sales and developing market opportunities by utilizing market trend information Finding new customers and establishing long-term relationships by understanding their requirements and demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge Selling the entire MO service product portfolio to expand ABB's footprint in the Ukrainian market Monitoring sales proposals, tenders, and following up on proposal statistics Preparing service offerings based on customer needs in accordance with ABB's offerings and strategy

Qualifications for the role
- With a technical or electrical background and work experience, you bring the expertise needed to navigate complex solutions and sales discussions.
- Your skills in customer service, sales strategy, and market understanding enable you to use data-driven insights to drive growth.
- Expertise in industrial segment sales, customer relationship management, and local market knowledge ensures competitive positioning.
- A strong track record in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving helps foster collaboration and high performance.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English allows for seamless collaboration across teams and markets.
