JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring accuracy of inventory materials by both quantity and stock location. You will also complete cycle counts daily, reconcile, identify material including raw steel materials, resolve discrepancies among various stock types, and perform other warehousing duties.

JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring accuracy of inventory materials by both quantity and stock location. You will also complete cycle counts daily, reconcile, identify material including raw steel materials, resolve discrepancies among various stock types, and perform other warehousing duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily cycle counts as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Reconciliation and root cause analysis of inaccurate counts.
- Maintenance of product and stock locations both physically and in the ERP system.
- Identifying and labeling stock items when necessary.
- Physically and systematically handling NCRs after disposition.
- Physically and systematically handling various forms of scrap.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies for work orders and purchase orders
- Assist warehouse as needed for pulling, verifying, and returning items to stock.
- Inventory consolidation.
- Scanning, filing, and uploading paperwork.
- Special projects and duties as assigned.
- Identify material including raw steel materials.
- Housekeeping.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory management, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Warehousing and parts experience a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good mathematical comprehension.
