Director Internal Communications

As a Director of Internal Communications here at Honeywell IndustrialAutomation (IA) and Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), you will be responsiblefor leading and executing the internal communication strategy to engage andinform employees across the organization. Your role will involve developing andimplementing communication plans, creating compelling content, and drivinginitiatives that promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and employeeengagement. You will play a critical role in shaping the internal communicationlandscape and ensuring alignment with the business objectives of IA and HPS.

You will report directly to our Senior Director of Internal, Executive and CSRCommunications for IA and work out of our Houston, Texas location on aHybridwork schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on thecommunication efforts and employee experience within IA and HPS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the internalcommunication strategy for IA and HPS
• Create and deliver engaging andinformative communication materials, including newsletters, emails,presentations, and intranet content
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams and senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment withbusiness objectives
• Drive employee engagement initiativesand events to foster a positive and inclusive culture, and manage localvolunteerism
• Managecommunication channels and platforms to ensure effective and timelycommunication
• Measure and analyze the effectivenessof internal communication initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage 1-2 direct reports

• Minimum 8 years of experience ininternal communications or related roles
• Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
• Excellent interpersonal andnetworking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor's degree in Communications,Public Relations, or a related field or Master's degree in Communications orBusiness Administration
• Experience in the industrial automation orprocess solutions industry
• Proven track record in developing andexecuting successful internal communication strategies
• Strong leadership and team managementskills
