As a ContractsRepresentative II here at Honeywell, you will be part of a larger team of contractprofessionals located all around the world.
This role is under hybrid working model: 3x on site, 2x fully remote.
Our team plays a crucial role in drafting,managing and negotiating contracts to support our business units and corporatefunctions. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness ofour contract management processes, ensuring that contracts are executed in atimely manner and in alignment with Honeywell guidelines, policies and procedures. Your expertise in contractmanagement and compliance will be instrumental in driving our success.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatorycompliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships withinternal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to our Sr ContractsManager, and you'll work out of our Prague location on a hybrid work schedule.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatorycompliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships withinternal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive contractual support with respect to standard and 3rd party non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions, identify and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and with Honeywell policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract management, including liaison with the Law Department and other functions for the review and approval of unusual terms.
- Communicate, manage and negotiate Contracts with Honeywell Customers.
- Advise internal clients regarding contractual requirements and Honeywell standards and position.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business management or related field.
- Two years' experience in commercial contracting, customer service, or master's in law / JD is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Sound business judgment, attention to details, problem solving and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of English legal and business terminology (both spoken and written).
