The Change Management Analyst will support the change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program, ensuring successful adoption across the organization. - Support the development and execution of change management strategies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in delivering training programs and materials to ensure end-user readiness.
- Implement communication plans to keep employees informed and prepared.
- Facilitate workshops such as change impact assessments and fit-gap analysis.
- Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Work closely with the S/4HANA Manager, PMO, and business leads to align change management activities with project goals.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand the impact of changes on business processes.
- Identify potential risks associated with the S/4HANA transition and propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate in fit-gap workshops to analyze current business processes and recommend solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to different user groups.
- Create change management materials such as user guides, FAQs, and quick reference documents.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement strategies to ensure buy-in.
- Support business leaders in managing resistance and driving user adoption.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication across the organization.
- Ensure alignment with overall governance frameworks, working closely with the PMO and Steering Committee.
- Control all changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets related to change management.
- Track and report key success metrics, including adoption rates, training feedback, and business readiness levels.
- Maintain documentation of change management activities, risk logs, and communication plans.
- Support the business during the stabilization period post go-live, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Gather user feedback and identify areas for continuous improvement in change management approaches.
- Provide ongoing support for business process adaptation to the new S/4HANA environment.
- Support change management efforts impacting 1,600+ users across all departments.
- Oversee all change management activities related to the SAP S/4HANA Program.
- Collaborate with 4+ vendors and an external implementation partner.
- Manage change initiatives for a project spanning 12+ months.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in change management for complex IT or ERP implementations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA change management.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement, training programs, and governance alignment.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments, fit-gap analysis, and job role design.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and change management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage organizational change effectively.
- Ability to develop and execute training programs for large-scale ERP implementations.
- Skilled in risk assessment, issue management, and business readiness tracking.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
