Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services in India. You will be mainly accountable for: - Proven track record of technical background in Cloud Finops and Solution implementation - Strong user of design thinking approach to design digital solutions - Ability to direct and manage a department of FinOps SME's and project managers. - Ability to collaborate and direct external vendor managers - Ability to coordinate, lead and drive internal or external development team. - Ability to find the best solution for implementing business requirement. - Deep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations - Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment

Qualifications for the role
- - Master's Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, human resources, Finance or similar
- - Fluent spoken and written English
- - ITIL 4 foundation certification is required
- - Other ITIL and Lean certifications or designation preferred
