Your role and responsibilities
As a member of the Sales Team in Local Divisions Marine & Ports, you will work for the Spare Part Department in close cooperation with the other local Teams (Operations, Contract Administrations, Quality & HSE and Project Management & Execution) in all the tasks related to your responsibility, ensuring effective implementation of your tasks The work model for the role is: #LI- onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • Preparation of technical/commercial documentation related to Spare Parts offers for Worldwide direct/indirect Customers. Manages spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management (LCM) shifts. • Contributes to develop and maintain spare parts back-end cost repositories and front-end e-commerce tools. Proposes new spare parts, kits, and packages development or enhancements of existing ones to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs. • Support sales accounts in preparing their combined offers and assist them in the sales activity. After sales assistance • Assists in the resolution of customer spare parts claims. Customer Installed Base assessment and parts proactive offering • Order handling and management, from the order receipt to the invoice. Report preparation utilizing the company tool. • Collaborates with internal teams (i.e., manufacturing, quality, engineering, research & development, supply chain, and logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction. • Supporting the warehouse and logistic dept with proper indication and documentation

Qualifications for the role
- You have at least 2 years of experience in bidding and sales support department.
- You are qualified in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc....) and SAP.
- You are passionate about team working, dynamic environment and problem solving.
- Degree in technical disciplines (preferrable in electric/electronic)
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
