Resolve and close incidents and service requests according to established procedures and timelines. 3. Escalate unresolved incidents and service requests under established timelines. 4. Communicate progress of incidents to customers. 5. Ensure that assigned tickets are up to date until the issue is resolved. 6. Prioritize and organize tasks. 7. Follow up on each customer's cases accordingly. 8. Perform quality control audits on the implementation of services. 9. Communication between field, clients and co-workers. 10.
