Asa Senior Finance Director in the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS)business unit at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providingstrategic financial support to the business. Your focus will be on workingcapital and free cash flow management to drive financial performance andachieve business objectives. You will be accountable for working capital andfree cash flow management. By guiding and mentoring a team of commercialfinance professionals, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize workingcapital and free cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial regulations andcompany policies.

You will report directly to our Vice President, ESS Business Analysis andPlanning and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid workschedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial health of ourorganization and its alignment with our long-term strategic goals. Yourexpertise in working capital and free cash flow management will guide usthrough financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency,helping us make informed choices and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial support to the ESS business unit, focusing onworking capital and free cash flow management.
• Oversee all aspects of working capitaland free cash flow.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achievebusiness objectives.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize working capital andfree cash flow.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure compliance withfinancial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven trackrecord of financial guidance.
• Strong expertise in working capital and free cash flow management.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, andcompliance.
