As a Sr HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality HR services to employees and managers. You will be responsible for managing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to identify and address HR service needs, manage HR service delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in HR services will be instrumental in providing guidance and support to HR team members on complex HR issues.

You will report directly to our HR Services Manager and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and supporting the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

• Collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to identify and address HR service needs

• Manage HR service delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide guidance and support to HR team members on complex HR issues

Key Requirements:

• min. 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Fluent English and Romanian

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
