As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standardsrequired to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilstensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Maintain QMS for Oliver footwear in Australia, maintain the regular QMS audit
- Communicate with end users and response for their quality complaint. Reduce the product warranty and ppm
- Review with cross functional for critical documents are under Honeywell standard (MRS, PRS, CTQ, FMEA, DVPnR, MRL, PPAP, etc.) and Critical Technical Review (CTR) participant
- Sustaining Quality and VE/CE Quality
- Incoming inspection for each batch delivered to Australia DC, make decisions accept or reject batch
KeyExperience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 4+ years of experience at similar position or business
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO9000
- Work independently and is reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision
