Asa Senior Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role indesigning and developing advanced solutions for our present and future avionicssatellite communications systems. Thisis a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

In this role, you will have a significantimpact on the success of our engineering operations and the development ofcutting-edge solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex engineering projects, ensuring the successful delivery of advanced systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct system analysis, design, and integration activities to meet project objectives.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Key skills and qualifications

• University degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in advanced systems engineering or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English language.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning and strong leadership and mentoring abilities will be considered as your advantage
