The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at Battersea Power Station. If you have a passion for food, cooking, and premium kitchenware-and enjoy engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail setting-this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements

• Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations
• Greeting all customers warmly, assessing their needs, and sharing relevant product knowledge with confidence
• Building a loyal customer base by fostering long-term relationships
• Assisting with inventory replenishment and identifying selling trends
• Maintaining high store standards, including displays and merchandising
• Processing purchases and arranging deliveries for customers
• Using cross-selling techniques to enhance the customer experience

What We're Looking For
• Retail experience preferred but not essential - training provided
• A genuine passion for cooking and entertaining
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment
• A keen learner, with in-store training on products and sales techniques
