Temporary Administrator required for DSM Dalry.

Key areas of accountability/responsibility

Administration Support to Site Team
  • Daily Timewriting from Supervisor Timesheets into Mpower
  • Ensure all timesheets are received according to submission process
  • Validate times against Clocking system
  • Enter hours into Mpower in alignment with cut-off periods
  • Deal with Pay queries, expense submissions and amendments
  • Raise Purchase Req's in SAP system for services & material purchases and hires
  • Maintain material tracker in Excel
  • Input data into SAP and other systems as required.
  • Chase material deliveries - monitor material tracker for delivery dates
  • Receipt deliveries received from Storeman
  • Respond to MRBR & Job Router queries weekly
  • Creating job no's with SAP for use by the Team
  • Maintaining Excel Master spreadsheets
  • Update and maintain Absence trackers for personnel
  • Organise training, accommodation and travel for employees
  • General Admin tasks

Knowledge of and experience in own discipline. In addition knowledge and experience in:-

Willingness to learn other job specific requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self Organisational skills.
  • Ability to use various software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP & Microsoft 365 apps, etc).
  • Good team worker.
  • Experience of working in a team with well-developed soft skills.

37.5 hours per week with an early finish on a Friday.
