The Software Team Leader is responsible for leading a small team of technical Engineering and Sustaining staff, typically focused on a subsystem or sub-element of a larger product development or technology development project. The Team Leader performs mostly technical tasks plus some supervisory work as required to direct a small team. This person has no direct financial authority. Responsibilities include: Plans and supervises a small (typically fewer than 8) team of staff. Minimum Education: Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering. Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation working with Golang, Python, ASP.NET Core as well as experience with DevOps technologies like Docker, Argo + experience with industry standard security protocols like OpenID connect, OAuth 2.0 + Database management in cloud environments. Alternative Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering. Alternative Experience: 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation working with Golang, Python, ASP.NET Core as well as experience with DevOps technologies like Docker, Argo + experience with industry standard security protocols like OpenID connect, OAuth 2.0 + Database management in cloud environments.
