In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Receive orders from different customers in Asia and check them for completeness.
- Enter data or order items in Business Systems and coordinate with the factory for product manufacturing.
- Monitor the order and ensure the goods will be delivered to the customer on-time.
- Answer order-related queries from customer via email, chat, or call.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course.
- At least 1.5 years of working experience in order management or similar support/functions.
- General understanding of quote to cash process.
