Job Title: I&E Designer III
Location: Ponca City Refinery, Ponca City, OK
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime possible)

Our client is seeking an I&E Designer III to work within their facilities located in Ponca City, OK, on a 1-year assignment with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify electrical and instrumentation (E&I) drawings for Refinery Technical Services (RTS) projects.
• Lead a team of designers and drafters, organizing and delegating tasks to efficiently complete projects.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with engineers, mechanical craftsmen, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of CAD experience, with expertise in electrical or instrumentation design.
• Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a project design team.
• Associate Degree in Design, Drafting, or Engineering Technology (preferred).
• Experience with SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) is a plus.
